Does the Ray Rider fit the E-Z-GO TXT?
Yes. The Ray Rider solar golf cart top is a confirmed fit for the E-Z-GO TXT, model years 1995 through 2024. It clamps on with four clamps — no drilling, no permanent changes, and it stays fully reversible. Most installs take about 30 minutes.
Newer TXT carts are a standard fit. Pre-2000 TXT models use a slightly different clamp position to match the older frame, and the instructions for that position come in the box.
I have a pre-2000 TXT. Does it still fit?
Yes. Pre-2000 models use an alternate clamp position, and step-by-step instructions are included — no extra parts to order.
Do I need to drill into the cart?
No. The canopy is clamp-on and reversible, so there's no drilling and no voided warranty.
How much range will it add to a TXT?
It depends on your location and batteries. Run the range calculator for the daily miles at your ZIP.
